Visa invitations are available upon request. In order for the request to be honored, you must be the author or co-author of an accepted abstract.
Please download this invitation template, fill in your information and upload it in "Member Center - Visa". The signature and stamp will be emailed to you.

Please note that the Organizing Committee of the National Drying Conference and the Asia Pacific Drying Conference and Congress is not authorized to assist with the visa process except to provide a notice of invitation issued by the Congress and the Council of the Congress Committee.
If your application is rejected, the Congress and the Congress Organizing Committee cannot change the decision of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the Congress and the Congress Organizing Committee will not discuss or correspond with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or the Embassy on behalf of the applicant.
